“Having never practiced with Wild Heart Yoga before going to Morocco for a week long retreat I’d seen advertised on instagram I was a little nervous. Would I fit in? Would my practice keep up? What have I signed up for?
I needn’t have worried. Kit and Jane are something else. Their positive energy and nature made me feel right at home. They really were the best teachers and cheerleaders supporting, us to try new things but encouraging us to listen to our bodies. Their nature meant that they had attracted similarly amazing people who whilst they had practiced with each other before, welcomed me in and the whole group felt like a family. The week was an amazing chance to re-charge and re-energise both my mind and body focusing fully on my practice rather than the hour here and there.

“I have been attending 1-1 sport therapy sessions with Kit Knight for several months now. I have had one hip replacement and was waiting to have the other done. Kit has strengthened both hips and improved their flexibility so much so that my next hip op has been put back. Wow! What I like especially about Kit’s sessions are her attention to detail. Just a slight adjustment of my body by her ensures I do the exercise correctly and get the most benefit. I could not believe the difference it makes! Kit also zooms in on specific muscles and each week hones the exercise to what support I most need. Most of all I look forward to the sessions. Not only do I enjoy them but they have enabled me to participate in many more activities with friends that previously I was struggling to do.
