A new retreat location gives us the chance to explore somewhere brand new and the untouched beauty of Kea instantly captured our hearts. Just an hour from Athens, this island is a hidden gem of the Cyclades, known for its crystal-clear waters, rugged landscapes, charming villages, and unspoiled energy. We can’t wait to share this experience with you for the very first time on 28th May - 2nd June 2026.
We will be hosted by the wonderful Villa Naos, a boutique sanctuary overlooking the sea, surrounded by olive groves and wild nature. Imagine yourself flowing through Pilates and Yoga classes with sweeping views and turquoise waters. This retreat is designed to be both grounding and expansive, a space to connect with yourself, with others, and with the magic of Greece.
Our retreat itinerary is designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul. Enjoy daily Yoga and Mat Pilates sessions, guided meditations, daily rituals, workshops, and time to relax around the pool with a book and fresh juice. You'll also have the opportunity to explore the local town, trails and nearby beaches.
What you’ll receive
5-night stay at Villa Naos, Our retreat home is a beautifully designed villa with spacious living areas, bohemian touches, and thoughtfully curated artwork. Sunlight pours in through large windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. With plenty of spaces to relax and connect, including an outdoor studio, an 18m pool, and breathtaking sea views - Villa Naos is the perfect setting to unwind and recharge.

For this retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to choose from three unique sleeping arrangements, each designed to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Every room has been thoughtfully curated with its own beautiful character and individual charm, so you can find the space that feels just right for you. To make your experience even more relaxing, each room also comes with its own private en suite bathroom
Twin Room – Perfect for friends or solo travelers happy to share, the twin room offers two comfortable single beds, styled with calming touches to make it feel like a peaceful sanctuary. With its own en suite, it’s the ideal balance of connection and privacy. £1950 per person - 4 SPACES AVAILABLE
Private room - A cosy haven all to yourself, the private room is designed for deep rest and total retreat indulgence. With a double bed, thoughtful details, and your own en suite bathroom, this space is perfect for unwinding in complete comfort. £2350 per person - 2 ROOMS LEFT

Flights and transport to/from Kea (The island is easily accessible from Athens via ferry, and we’ll share travel guidance to make your journey smooth and simple)

To secure your place we will require a deposit of £320. After this the balance can be paid in full or by a payment plan;
