Expect a weekend of connection with light minded people in a beautiful space surrounded by nature. This retreat offers the perfect opportunity to switch off from all that’s going on and do something for yourself. In every moment everything will be an invitation leaving you to create the perfect weekend of what suits you in every moment. A wholesome weekend of community, relaxation, workshops, wild swimming, nutritious food, woodland wanders, nature and time for yourself awaits.

12:15am Cold water exposure experience

8-10:30am Mornings flow and cacao ceremony

Food:
All meals, drinks and snacks are included in the final cost. We do our best to cater for allergies and dietary requirements and our retreats follow a plant based diet and are alcohol free, which supports our intention for you to return home feeling strong, healthy and vibrant.
We have space for 14 people and prices vary between £450-£550.
Pricing and sleeping arrangements- All bedrooms are en-suites-
Bedroom One - Super King and Single Bed (sleeps 2 members with the option for 3 if Super King Bed is shared) £450 per person if Super King Bed is shared) or (£550pp for two people sharing the room)
Bedroom Two - Double and Single Bed (sleeps 2 members) - £550 per bed
Bedroom Three- 2 x Twin Beds (sleeps 2 members) - £550 per bed
Bedroom four- 3 x Single beds (sleeps 3 members) (£500 per bed)
Bedroom five- 3 x Single beds (sleeps 3 members) (£500 per bed) -

Whether its your first time practicing yoga or your a seasoned yogi we promise to create a safe sanctuary for you to come and enjoy the journey that yoga offers. Throughout all of our practices we offer plenty of modifications and adjustments, guiding you to listen to your body and find a space that feels comfortable and right for you in that moment. Here at Wild Heart Yoga we aim to create a warm and welcoming space for individuals to come to alone or with a friend. Many people tend to travel alone to our retreats and leave as a part of the Wild Heart family.
